  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma required; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
